  3. No Therapist-Client Relationship
    Use of this website does not create a therapeutic or professional relationship between you and CaribbeanTherapists.org. Any relationship formed is solely between you and the independent provider you contact.
  4. Eligibility
    Users must be at least 18 to independently use the site. Users seeking services for a minor should involve a parent or guardian throughout the process.
  5. Therapist Listings
    Professionals listed on the Platform represent that they hold valid, active licensure and credentials. CaribbeanTherapists.org does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcome of services provided by listed professionals.
  6. User Conduct
    Users agree not to misuse the Platform, submit false information, or use listings for purposes other than seeking legitimate mental health support.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All content on CaribbeanTherapists.org, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of the Platform and may not be reproduced without permission.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    CaribbeanTherapists.org is not liable for any damages arising from interactions with listed therapists or reliance on site content.

    This Platform is not intended for use during a mental health emergency. Users experiencing a crisis should contact local emergency services immediately.
  10. Termination
    We reserve the right to remove listings or restrict access to users who violate these Terms.
  11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
